Situated in the Iskitimsky district of the Novosibirsk region, 5.5 km south-east of Iskitim station. Type of construction stone: marbled limestone. The product of Iskitimsky quarry has unique characteristics of chemical composition and is characterized by a low content of lamellar and angular grains in crushed stone. It is the most widely used building stone in the Russian Federation. Iskitim crushed stone is in demand in road and housing construction and as well ideal for the production of asphalt and ready-mixed concrete.
